About Me
Hello Everyone!
The day has finally come where I have the guts to be seen. I’ve hesitated creating my own website for the past few years because I was unsure what my vision was.
The people in my life have had their own opinions of what I should pursue as a career. Some said I should be an engineer, a doctor, a chef, a project manager, a real estate agent, an interior designer, and the list goes on. I wish I could duplicate myself because all of the above sound fun, but there’s only one career that speaks to my heart and fulfills me at my core.
I realized early this year that I was believing a lie. Why can’t I do everything I’ve ever wanted to pursue? It’s now clear to me why I needed to create MOA. It’s for myself to remind me to take action by turning my ideas into reality. It’s also a reminder to everyone else that you have a choice to do what you want.
I love school and joke that I became a nerd later in life. This was due to me realizing that learning is much more enjoyable when it’s relatable because we can make sense of it. I can’t force myself to do something that I think is pointless and learning what was traditionally taught in school felt pointless.
The process of learning is enhanced when you combine creativity with curiosity. I have an artistic side, but I’m more inclined to design than draw a self portrait. Maybe one day I’ll reveal a self portrait I did from a long time ago and you can have a nice laugh.
This blog aims to focus on the deeper meaning behind the things we take for granted in our everyday lives. It’s for the underdogs and the people who struggle in school just like how I did. This blog can be applied to a school setting, but it can also be applied to other aspects of your life. It can be as shallow or as deep as you make it and that is a representation of how your life can be.
Who is this site for?
The short answer: Anyone!
The long answer: Anyone who wants to live a more fulfilling life. If you have a curious mind and want to learn something random that will change your perspective, then this site is for you. This site is also for those who are sad and want to feel better. It’s okay to be sad, but sometimes it’s difficult to find goodness when everything feels dark. I can’t help but see the silver lining in even the worst of situations, so you can expect a healthy amount of uplifting words from me.
Enjoy!
